Job Description

Ø  Coordinate with Sales Department for promoting creative contents via social media

Ø  Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

Ø  Response to customer inquiries both online/offline, do necessary follow ups to potential customer to close the sales related to visa & insurance service

Ø  Ensuring the cross-function selling to increase the visa service sales

Ø  Perform to achieve monthly sales target by handling the visa & related inquiries as a visa executive. Work closely with the team. Make decisions whether to take in charge by yourself, work together or delegate case by case.

Ø  Collect updated information daily from the related embassies by making telephone calls, searching from the websites or visit by yourself if required

Ø  Starting from applying visa, making contact with the clients directly, run the visa procedure step-by-step, do the sales things, making invoice and EO

Ø   Cooperate not only with the visa team members, but also with other departments of Ticketing, Tour, Finance & B.D

Ø  Answer inquiries by giving them updated and correct info from the clients with timely manners and report back to Visa Team Leader accordingly

Ø  Make daily pending & work-done reports

Ø  Need to be quick in response whenever within office hours and beyond

Ø  Need to assist and help team members whenever necessary
