Job Description

▪ Provide direction to maintain the golf range at the highest quality possible at all time

▪ Develops, maintains and administers a sound organizational plan and initiates improvements as necessary

▪ Responsible for hiring, training and developing all staff to provide excellent customer service to the customers

▪ Ensures the staff is working within OSHA, range safety, state and federal guidelines for safe working conditions

▪ Work with contractors, review service-level in agreements to ensure quality work is delivered and range is well-maintained

▪ Assists in the development of the annual budget, marketing and business plans for the golf course

▪ Assist in development of facility policies and revenue generating enterprises

▪ Provides oversight over the leased restaurant facility and stores

The successful candidate will need to be happy working autonomously and in a large team environment.
