Job Description

Quality Inspection

·       Inspect raw materials (fish) to ensure freshness, cleanliness, and compliance with quality standards.

·       Check each production process (drying, cleaning, cutting, packing) to meet hygiene and safety requirements.

Process Control

·       Monitor drying time, temperature, and storage conditions.

·       Ensure proper use of equipment and sanitation in the factory.

Sampling & Testing

·       Collect samples of raw fish, semi-finished, and finished products for lab testing (moisture, odor, contamination, etc.).

·       Record and report test results accurately.

Compliance & Standards

·       Ensure all processes follow food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, FDA, etc.).

·       Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the working area.

·       Documentation & Reporting

·       Prepare daily QC checklists, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports.

·       Report any quality issues immediately to Factory Manager / QA Manager.

Corrective Actions

·       Identify defective or non-standard products and separate them.

·       Work with production team to solve quality-related problems.

Training & Awareness

·       Train workers on hygiene practices, proper handling, and safety rules

·       Encourage continuous improvement in quality standards.
