· Supervise daily sales operations across assigned retail stores or zones

· Lead, coach, and motivate sales supervisors and sales associates to meet and exceed targets

· Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and productivity metrics

· Ensure excellent customer service standards and resolve escalated customer issues

· Implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives

· Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure proper execution of in-store promotions, displays, and launches

· Track effectiveness of promotions and provide feedback and insights to marketing teams

· Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

· Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities

· Provide recommendations to improve sales performance and market penetration

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

· At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or senior sales role

· Proven experience managing sales teams in a retail environment (FMCG, manufacturing, etc.)

· Strong leadership and team-management skills

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities

· Sales planning, forecasting, and reporting skills

· Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities

· Ability to analyze sales data and market trends

· Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays

· Ability to travel if required

· Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles
