Job Description

• Develop the strategy of the Solar business technical teams in line with the Group’s vision and strategy.
• Closely work with Sales, Marketing teams to procure the proper technical specifications that fits the local Myanmar Market.
• Engage closely with the business development teams to ensure that our technical work supports the
• Group’s customer and commercial goals.
• Drive cost optimization of detailed engineering designs and bill of materials. In addition to strategic
sourcing and vendor relationship management for key equipment.
Identifying new market technical challenges and potential technology advancements to integrate in
new projects and solutions across Myanmar. Try to discuss with supplier side for strong support on
the technical advancements to bring right fit goods in the market.
• Provide guidance on R&D efforts for various new technologies across the company.
• Provide guidance on enhancements to existing grids to optimize performance.
• Lead, Manage and drive all the engineering team to drive after sales service team. Create a large pool
of installers and electricians’ network within Myanmar so as to create a strong after sales team to enhance the customer satisfaction.
