Job Description

·       Prepare profit or loss statements per shipment

·       Daily checking for all transactions and entries in excel and software

·       Report Daily Sales, Receivables, Payables, Inventory and Cash Balance 

·       Issuing sales invoices, proforma invoices and other invoices for shipments

·       Communicate & coordinate with customers for sales and inventory related matters

·       Check and ensure all payments and transactions which is prepared by Juniors

·       Address and resolve cashflow issue, sales and inventory related matters

·       Performing other accounting duties and supporting Juniors as required 

·       Prepare ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager and BODs.
