Job Description
Client Acquisition and Management:
· Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and marketing campaigns.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Sales:
· Present, promote, and sell properties to prospective clients based on their needs and preferences.
· Conduct site visits and property tours to showcase listings.
· Negotiate and close property deals, ensuring all legal and financial procedures are completed accurately.
Market Research:
· Stay updated on current real estate market trends, property values, and competition.
· Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market data.
Documentation and Compliance:
· Assist clients with documentation related to property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements.
· Coordinate with legal teams, brokers, and other professionals as needed.
Collaboration and Reporting:
· Work closely with the marketing team to promote listings and attract clients.
· Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular reports on sales performance.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
· Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
· Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
· Valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).
