Job Description

·      Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies including Digital, Branding, Advertising, Communications and Creative

·      Develop strategies and plans to drive customer acquisition and growth, deepen existing customer engagement and retention.

·      Build a strong relationship with business partners, agencies and clients

·      Identify and oversee strategies for engaging with multiple audiences through a variety of internet and communication platforms by staying current on industry and social media trends  

·      Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, social media and promotional material)

·      Drive the marketing strategic planning process to deliver business objectives through a collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

·      Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team to support the company’s growth and objectives.

·      Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals

·      Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

·      Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies and develop and implement marketing plans and projects.

·      Working closely with sales team, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, material and presentations

·      Manage ad hoc tasks and coordinate high traffic of projects

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor/Master Degree in Marketing or Business

·       Minimum (5) years of management experience in Marketing in Real Estate industry

·       Fluency in English and Myanmar both verbal and written

·       Ability to create presentations using PowerPoint, present, evaluate, and transform market research data and analytics.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
