Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion. Responsible for set up KPI and review of sales team & Operation team to achieve KPI.
• Monitoring Branch Operation and Management to develop Branch Revenue.
• Implement strategies on market penetration new market development and channel segmentation, sales mix in order to achieve business and exceed profit margins.
•Lead the sales team keeping a high level of motivation & feedback with a view to build an aggressive and motivated sales management team in the branch.
•Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement
