Job Description

• To check daily Vehicles’ cleaning

• Ensure all vehicle are licensed and compliance

• Handle and manage vehicle repairing process and overall accident case

• Arrangement of office’s ferry way and trip way 

• Control and manage daily fuel usage of vehicles

• Prepare and propose vehicles’ licenses, insurance, rental, fuel, maintenance budget to Department Head 

• Manage and perform overall vehicle purchasing process, rental process, inspection, license & extension, vehicle Insurance and then  resolving all of the vehicle issue and complaints.

• Supervise drivers and vehicles for daily operation

• Able to communicate with related government office

• Report to Department Head.
