· Product Sampling & Inspection of cleaning, preparation of processing room

· Environmental (Conduct swab and airborne bacteria tests) & Sanitation Monitoring

· In-Process Quality & Site Monitoring

· Equipment Calibration & Maintenance Control

· Chemical & Physical Control

· Audit Participation (Support internal and external audits (FSSC, HACCP, internal audit).

· Team Coordination & Reporting

· Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field.

· Experience in food safety, QC/QA, or production preferred.

· Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO, and FSSC standards.

· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork abilities.

· Ability to speak and understand English

· Basic computer skills required-Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Office course preferred).

· Good communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
