Job Description

·       To achieve sales targets in the assigned area

·       Monitor sales performance, conduct regular reviews, and adjust strategies as needed.

·       Plan and realize sales activities to generate in assigned area as per sales target

·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailer customers

·       Negotiate and manage distribution agreement

·       Analyze the market trends and competitor activities in respective region.

·       Report on competitive pricing, new products, and promotions.

·       Recommend new sales strategies based on market

·       Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to the management team.

·       To suggest promotional campaigns and sales strategies in the field.

·       Ensure that promotional materials are distributed and properly displayed by the distributors.
