Job Responsibilities

• Monitor trucking delivery, loading and unloading

• Answer phone call inquires politely

• Respond to orders email

• Can negotiate with clients/customers and suppliers

• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle

• Manage risk before action and inform to customers and suppliers on time

• Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.

• Present company services to customer or explanation once they need clarify details.

• Any other duties to support others department or team that from time to time are required to meet the

needs of the company.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Executive or relevant role (minimum 1 year’s experience)

• Any Bachelor Degree holder

• Good command of English both writing and speaking

• Computer literacy (excel, power point, words, email, etc)

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• Must be able to work multi tasking well

• Good team player

• Good communication and PR person.
