Job Description

• Solve daily operation problems either internally or externally caused

• Ensure 100% compliance of thesystem event/data accuracy

• Respond to customer complaints professionally and maintain client satisfying by ensuring the good

customer service

• Coordinate and liaise with internal departments on daily operations

• Comply with company’s SOPs standards requirement

• Make sure to be clearly understand customer’s SOP ,deadlineand requirements .

• Need to understand our client’s needs and provide the best support in achieving their expectations

• Coordinate and help provide full support tojunior team

• Ensure compliance of the department KPIs set up

• Negotiationwith customer compliant and Claim

• Expertise on Customs Clearance process and Freight arrangment

• Checking HS code forlicense,Non -Lincense, OGD requirement and advise for all process.

• Full knowledge for Local Transportations, fleet arrangment and Incoterms

• Ensure proper closing each shipment

• Maintain and follow company rules, regulations and Health, Safety, Security and Environmental

Standards.

• Other assignments by department Manager

Education and Experience

• Minimum 3 years in customer service forCustoms Clearance and ocean freight (Import & Export)

• Any Bachelor Degree holder
