Job Requirements

·       The ideal candidate will support full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, training, payroll, compliance, and engagement initiatives

·       Strong HR background, good interpersonal skills, and a passion for people and logistics,

·       Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any other related field

·       4+years of HR experience (logistics industry preferred)

·       Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices

·       Knowledge of HRIS systems will be an added advantage

·       Ability to communicate in English

·       Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

·       Ability to maintain confidentiality

·       Full Covid vaccination is mandatory.
