Job Description

• Responsible for implementation produmex WMS Barcode system successfully utilization in warehouse.
• Be responsible to support day to day operation function in warehouse by ensuring adequate manpower to perform warehouse duties.
• Ensure timely Stock in/out clearance with fully documentation process and arrange delivery zone for timely delivery.
• ·       Collaboration with marketing team and supporting their needs.
• To Manage Warehouse Senior/ Junior Staffs efficiently and assign proper duties and responsible work force done.
• Fully cooperation with inventory/ SAP section time of warehouse stock taking.
• To participate stock clearance, write off materials and resolve problem/ complaint.
• Collaboration Product Manager to develop warehouse operational improvements, ensuring capacity to meet requirements.
• To ensure warehouse & logistics operations run smoothly and that people are productive.
• Responsible to manage proper warehouse storage as per each and every product guide line and handling compliance.
• Training, Coaching, Supervising and appraising warehouse staffs.
• Ensure efficient and effective use of warehouse space to include layout and future capacity requirements.
• Support to manager (Warehouse operations)
• To follow warehouse rules and regulations.
