Human Resources

ü  Manage and supervise and train  Fleet Management Team

ü  Ensure the Fleet Team is managing properly Office Drivers and Crew Team of Commercial Trucks

ü  Simultaneous follow up on the performance of Fleet Management, train them to keep good and improve the capacity of this team

ü  Ensure the respective Fleet Team Member/s is monitoring on attendance and driving behaviors of Office Drivers and Commercial Truck Crew and is providing required pieces of training to them on monthly and quarterly

ü  Ensure the respective Fleet Team Member/s is fulfilling with required technical capacity and arrange internal/ external specialized training for them based on the requirement

Technical

ü  Develop the SOPs and related guidelines for followings and monitoring the implementation and result achievement

·       Operations Workflow and SOP

·       Fuel Consumption SOP for most efficient operations

·       Maintenance Budget and SOPs

·       Safety Guidelines and SO

·       Analyze data to increase business operational efficiency.

·       Manage Vehicle registration Transport Business License, Insurance, etc.

·       Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency

·       Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection

·       Ensure all vehicles are operating by complying with Myanmar Government of Transport laws and regulations.

·       Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.

·       Providing strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules

·       Utilizing systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft.
