Job Description
Monitor deliveries and customer services.
Check daily sales, deliveries and couriers for smooth operation.
Oversee orders demand, shipping documents and queries.
Communicate and adjust with sales teams and customers not to miss out information.
Supporting order managers/specialists in the administrative duties.
Responsible for back orders and documentation process.
Assist to customer in the resolution of disputes.
Take care and manage properly for returns and refusal.
Provide continuous customer services for business improvement.
Job Requirements
Any graduate.
Minimum 2 years experienced in the logistics field.
Must have experience in MS Office, Email and Outlook.
Must have good personality and communication skills.
Good in English with active behaviour.
Must have experience in the Customer Service Field of Shipping Freight Forwarding.
