Job Responsibilities

- Management of the Operations Department within Rhenus Logistics office in Myanmar.
- Ensure that the Operations Staff performs their duties in accordance with the SOP and KPI's set.
- Develop and drive people productivity and performance improvements.
- Liaise with Customers, overseas Rhenus offices/agents or even with local agents for the arrangement of import and export shipments.
- Arrange transportation with Air Freight team with correct documentation for export and import shipments.
- Ensure regular meetings with the Subcontractors for Tariff Maintenance, New Contracts, Service Performance review, and etc.
- Ensure root cause analysis for shipment-related issues for preventive actions.
- Prepare shipment documentation for export & import shipment, input the details the correct system, open job files, sort & file the documents in job file for billing & costing reference.
- Monitor emails via mobile when out of office and reply promptly.
- Guide and lead the operation team members.
- Coordinate with branch and vendors for all pick up and deliveries - trucking responsibilities.
- Meeting time frame KPIs for escalations to the next tier levels for unresolved issues.
- Ensure Qualified Staff for the Airfreight/Ocean freight Operations Departments as per defined responsibilities.
- ISO
- Ad-Hoc tasks assigned by General Manager (Operations).

Qualifications:
- Master degree or bachelor degree in any field. It would be an asset if it is in logistics or internal business field.
- Preferably, 5 years of experience in a Managerial Position in similar field.
