Job Description

• Manage, monitor and support the day to day operations timely of the administration department, fleet department and other functions.
• Coordinate administrative and fleet procedures and process with other related department.
• Develop, review and monitor systems, policies and procedures of adminstrative and Fleet department.
• Prepare and Review Monthly Budget plan for Adminstrative and fleet department.
• Plan the inspection and maintenance schedule plan for motor vehicles (Weekly/Monthly/Yearly)
• Plan the Vehicle insurance and license renewal plan, Office Maintenance Condition.
• Review and monitor monthly fuel usage, vehicle Maintenance condition and Office Maintenance condition.
• Assess and Review team member to achieve personal KPI.
• Assign job and delegate of Administration and Fleet Department.
• Report to Management for Daily, Weekly and Monthly Department Conditions.
• Other Ads-hoc Jobs assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Any bachelor Degree (More prefer in business administration, management or related field.)
• At least 7 years experience in management field.
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, Power point.
• In-depth understanding office management and vehicle maintenance.
• Able to negotiate and think laterally with an ability to coordinate and network effectively.
