Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
· Define and implement the company’s vision, mission, and long-term growth strategy.
· Position as a trusted leader in physical security, intelligence, and cybersecurity.
· Build strong relationships with government, corporate, and international stakeholders.
Operational Management
· Oversee daily operations of all security divisions, including manned guarding, command centers, intelligence, and cyber units
· Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for effective service delivery.
· Ensure compliance with Myanmar security laws, licensing, and international security standards.
Business Development
· Lead business expansion and secure new client contracts across sectors.
· Maintain strong client relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Represent at local and international business and security forums.
Financial Oversight
· Develop annual budgets and financial plans aligned with strategic goals.
· Monitor revenue streams, project profitability, and overall company performance.
· Ensure transparent financial reporting and accountability.
Human Capital & Talent Development
· Recruit, mentor, and retain senior managers and security professionals.
· Oversee staff training programs in security, intelligence
· Foster a performance-driven and ethical company culture.
Risk & Compliance
· Implement risk management frameworks for both internal operations and client projects.
· Manage legal, operational, and reputational risks proactively.
· Ensure ethical conduct and corporate governance across all levels.
Innovation & Technology
· Champion adoption of modern security technologies
· Drive digital transformation for intelligence analysis and command center operations.
· Lead cybersecurity expansion and awareness programs.
Public Relations & Branding
· Serve as the public face in media and industry engagements.
· Promote reputation as a professional, reliable, and trusted security partner
· Strengthen the company’s brand locally and regionally.
Job Requirements
· Proven senior leadership experience (preferably in security , law enforcement, or corporate management).
· Strong understanding of Myanmar’s security environment and international best practices.
· Track record of business growth, contract negotiations, and client relationship management.
· Financial management expertise with ability to lead budgets and profitability goals.
· Strong communication and public relations skills in both English and Myanmar.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field (preferred).
