Job Description
v Lead overall Sales team, Sales Support team for smoothing.
v Set overall Sales Target quantity and volume based on supplier Target and market trend according to regions, channels, dealer levels.
v Set up the full pricing strategy for all the products to align the products are competitive in the market.
v Set expense budget that align with sales and oversee the actual expense and risk.
v Provide product development and channel improvement.
v Responsible for maintaining and growing sales channels through the different geographical regions and ensure the business path.
v Coach the team for team development and individual skill improvement.
v Make sure the delectation process of the section heads.
v Lead Products lunch events, key dealer meetings and vendors seminars.
v Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
v Monitor Product Quality and supplier management.
v Prepare monthly report and do presentation in the PD meeting.
v Responsible AR overdue and Turnover, Inventory aging and Turnover and cash flow.
v Monitor the performance of team members relate to the business growth and proper appraisal to the individual team members.
Job Requirements
v MBA or Any Graduate and Dip. in marketing,
v English 4 skills, Excel, PPT
v At least 7 years of relevant sales head on electronic field, 12 years of sales experience on all sales channels.
v Strong in communication, leadership and team building skills
v Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment.
