Job Description

·       Supervise and oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

·       Read, interpret, and create technical drawings, plans, and blueprints using AutoCAD and Sketch Up.

·       Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and building codes.

·       Calculate and estimate project costs, material quantities, and work schedules.

·       Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.

·       Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed reports on project progress and any issues that arise.

·       Provide technical advice and solve problems on-site.

·       Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
