Job Description
Sales Strategy and Management
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets
· Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to expand market shares
· Manage and nurture relationships with keys accounts, distributors and retails partners
· Monitor , market trends, competitor activities , and customer feedback to inform sales strategices
· Prepare and present sales forecasts , performance reports, and analysist to senior management
Marketing Strategy and Execution
· Develop and executive marketing plans and campaigns to promote food products and brand awareness
· Oversea digital marketing efforts including social ,email marketing, SEO , and online advertising
· Coordinate with the product development team to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with products launches
· Plan and manage promotional events, trade shows and sponsorship activities
· Develop content and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences
Team Leadership and Development;
· Lead , mentor and develop a high performing sales and marketing team
· Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews
· Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on achieving excellence
Customer Relationship Management
· Maintain strong relationships with customers , ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
Job Requirements
· Any graduate, especially with a diploma in sales and marketing , business administration or a related field (Master degree preferred).
· Over 5 years of experiences in sales and marketing , preferably within the pet food or FMCG industry
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
· Excellent communication , negotiation and presentation skills
· Proficiency in digital marketing
· Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
· Ability to travel as required
