Job Description

• Responsible for full spectrum of Recruitment and Selection process for the whole Myanmar (Sourcing, Screening, Arranging Interview, Reference Checking and Offering)
• Schedule Interviews and coordinate in Interviews, including booking rooms, sending interview invitations and providing necessary information to candidates and Interviewers.
• Prepare and distribute recruitment related documents Such as offer letter and rejection letters.
• Coordinate with line managers for interview process.
• Follow up on the interview process status
• Prepare and review JD.
• Maintain and ensure the staff personal file data in the employee database.
• Preparing Employment Contract and SSB form.
