Job Responsibilities
- Report to Project Manager and also report to management if necessary
- Expectation of Man-hour, Milestone, Enhance members’ skill
- Quality Control, Plan Management, Results Management
- Member Assign and schedule
- Reviewing and Monitoring project progress
- Mentor Team, Risk Mitigation
- Trust and Alignment Effectiveness
- Archiving of Document
- Maintain project plans for software development
- SOW, WBS
- Basic Design Documents, Detailed Design Documents
- Train to intern or new employees if necessary
- Participate company’s activities or advertising process if necessary
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in Software Development
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience as a Leader or Sub-Leader in Software Development
- Must have experience in any programming language Java, C#, PHP (Laravel) ReactJS, etc.
- Leadership and good management skill
- Best communication skills (English or Japanese N3 level)
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent experience
- Able to build good relationships with everyone on a team and client
- Able to control documentation
- Able to control quality
- Verification and Validation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
