Job Description

• Monitors business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times
• Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels
• Workings with suppliers and internal employees to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks
• Identifies and researches potential new suppliers
• Negotiate with the suppliers for the best quality, price, require quantity and lead time
• Arrange payment, coordinate with related department
• Prepare the monthly and weekly report and report to management in time.
