Job Description

·       Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.

·       Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO

·       Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries.

·       Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and meeting notes.

·       Coordinate personal tasks such as shopping, reservations, and errands when required.

·       Assist with project coordination and follow-up on deadlines.

·       Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders professionally.

·       Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

·       Provide general administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Requirements

·       Age between 25 to 33 years old

·       Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

·       Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

·       Strong organizational and time-management skills.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication (English/Chinese)

·       Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.

·       Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

·       Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and proactive attitude.

·       Flexibility to work beyond standard office hours if needed.
