Job Description

·       Support administration task and assist to GA and personal department job assign

·       Have ability of translation and interpretation the documents , notification from government authorities and internal regulations

·       Have ability to assist in translation between Japanese expert and colleague for their communication

·       Willing to assist any additional job assignment in order to the requirements

·       Must have typing Japanese and Unicode version for reporting and other translation requirements

·       Assist in mailing, corresponded and Unicode version for reporting and other translation requirements

·       Assist in mailing , corresponded memos and letters and regular report preparation

·       Have ability of translation and interpretation the documents ,  notification fro government authorities and internal regulations

·       To assist travel arrangement for Japanese expert such as accommodation arrangement, transportation and visa arrangement and applying for business visa
