Job Responsibilities

· Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports;

· Manage and oversee the entire accounting team;

· Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual account reconciliations and tax reporting, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting;

· Review and verify all payment and receipt transactions;

· Assist in liaising with internal and external auditors, Government officer and bankers; and

· Ad-Hoc tasks requested by Finance Manager.

 

Job Requirements

· Degree in Accountancy or ACCA equivalent (Category 1 - Completed ACCA/CPA or Category 2 - Left no more than 2 papers for ACCA/CPA)

· Minimum 3 years’ experience as Chief Accountant, preferably with audit related experience

· Experience in maintaining full set of accounts, manage and oversee the entire accounting team

· Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills and the ability for both Myanmar and English Language translation

· Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables, preferably experience with ERP system

· Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

· Commercially-oriented with high energy, a ‘can-do’ attitude and hands-on
