Job Responsibilities

• Lead the shift members to perform their duty to produce planned volume with the highest quality at the lowest possible cost.
• Planning, controlling, and reducing packaging materials usage and utility usage according to company targets.
• Planning, controlling, delegating, and following up on the maintenance plan within the time frame and cost-effectively to achieve the required quality, quantity, and efficiency.
• Ensure attainment of production volume, and product quality while keeping safety standards with cost and delivery dates in accordance with plan and company target.
• Train and guide the shift members to improve their operational skills to meet set targets of Operational Performance Indicators.
• Ensure the cleanliness of production areas and machines are maintained to meet GMP and 5S standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electronic, and Chemical).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience at the supervisory level in food manufacturing industries.
• Must have basic knowledge of the packaging and brewing process.
• Good language skills in English and good computer literacy skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, and teamwork with a positive attitude.
• Must have the flexibility to work on extended hours and holidays.
