Job Description
-Giving the best customer service to customers.
-Managing day to day restaurant operations.
-Creating staffing rotas.
-Training and supervising staff.
-Planning menus.
-Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
-Promoting and marketing the business.
-Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.
-Handling customer enquiries and complaints.
-Taking reservations.
-Greeting and advising customers.
-Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports.
-Keeping statistical and financial records.
Job Requirements
-Must come from a Hotel & European Fine Dining service background.
-Age is under 40.
-At least 5 years of experience as an F & B Service Management Position.
-Local & Overseas working experiences as F&B Management are more preferred.
-English proficiency is more preferred.
