Job Description

·       Manage and maintain the company IT infrastructure , including servers, hardware , software ,CCTV, and door access systems

·       Monitor system performance and take proactive steps to address issues

·       Implement security best practices to protect data and systems from threats and vulnerabilities

·       Provide technicial support to end user , addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively

·       Develop and maintain documentation for IT procedure and user guides

·       Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for recuring IT problems

·       Manage relationships with IT vendors and service provider, negotiating contracts and agreements as necessary

·       Ensure compliance wit relevant IT regulations, standard and policies

·       Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard data and systems

·       Implementation of information security management system (ISMS)
