Job Responsibilities
- Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports;
- Manage and oversee the entire accounting team;
- Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual account reconciliations and tax reporting, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting;
- Review and verify all payment and receipt transactions;
- Assist in liaising with internal and external auditors, Government officer and bankers; and
- Ad-Hoc tasks requested by Finance Manager.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or ACCA equivalent (Category 1 - Completed ACCA/CPA or Category 2 - Left no more than 2 papers for ACCA/CPA)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Chief Accountant, preferably with audit related experience
- Experience in maintaining full set of accounts, manage and oversee the entire accounting team
- Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills and the ability for both Myanmar and English Language translation
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables, preferably experience with ERP system
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Commercially-oriented with high energy, a ‘can-do’ attitude and hands-on
