Job Description

·       Where required, install new equipment related air conditioning

·       Where required able to do electrical works i.e. wirings and repairing of electrical equipment

·       Carries out routine checks and logs of the status of air conditioning equipment

·       Carries out preventive maintenance for air conditioning units

·       Requisitions for materials required for smooth operation of refrigeration and air conditioning

·       Assists in the verification air conditioning spares purchased/supplied

·       Perform other reasonable job/duties as requested by the supervisor

·       Ensures that the standards of service excellence and guest satisfaction are met and maintained

·       Technical Support /Trouble shooting
