Job Responsibilities
• Establish the financial policies, Accounting Procedures and documentation flows of the whole process.(for all new business segments)
• Initiate and formulate with accounting Software and POS software.
•Oversee the operations and development of the company's finance department including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
• Supervise the preparation of monthly financial reports within the department.
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff.
•Maintain Budgetary Control, Inventory Control and cost control
·Review and calculate the manufacturing cost of each product and pricing.
Manage all receipts and payments (local and oversea)
•Prepare for tax sticker issuing, monthly commercial tax return and quarterly income Tax to related Tax Office.
•Prepare Auditable financial Statements for Statutory purpose.
roup Liaising with external Audit for Audit process of each company.
• Prepare Tax Returns and Deal SAS Tax systems for all companies. ints.fed
Update the required documents and form on company DICA accounts. Working with various departments (internal, external) of the business.
Job Requirements
•Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics & Professional qualifications such as CPA/ACCA/CMA
•Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role (Experience in winning new business within QSR sector (a fast-moving foodservice business)
•Under 45 Year olds
•Strong knowledge of financial analysis and strategy, accounting principles.
•Experience in Accounting Software
•In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation Fluently in verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English
•Good communication skill and interpersonal skills
