Job Responsibilities

 Sourcing the variety of products from oversea and local

 Estimate and Actual landed cost calculations.

 Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.

 Deal and check third party activities of clearance processes.

 Check monthly stock report update usage and inventory valuation.

 Monitor physical stock balance with inventory ledger.

 Documentation process of Supply Chain Dept. (Collecting invoices, payment process, writeoff, etc.)

 FDA application process.

 Problem Solving issue from the Supply Chain operations.

 Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.

 Monthly report to Management Team.

Job Requirements

 Minimum 3 years’ work experienced in Food & Beverage and Foodstuff Distribution field (a fast-moving foodservice business) with same position.

 Bachelor’s degree holder and related professional qualification (Diploma or Certification of Supply Chain Management).

 Good command MS office package.

 Fluent in English.

 Strong experienced in Supply Chain Management.

 Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

 Good personality and communication skills, a positive working attitude, hands-on and hardworking.

 Age between 25 – 35.
