Job Description
· Manage and maintain the monitoring systems
· Handling escalation
· Facilities maintenance
· Reporting the technical team and operation team
· Tier 2 support for custom complaint solving customer issue network and ISP services
· Participate in 24 ‘’7 duty shift monitoring date centre and facilities
Job Requirements
· Any graduate / must have certificate or diploma in related field
· Must have one year working experience in network environment
· Must have a knowledge related with LTE network anddevices
· Good in English both oral and written skills
· Active , good communication with customers and other team , eager to learn about new things
