Job Requirements
✓ Must be upper intermediate level in English 4 skills.
✓ Must have relevant working experience in customer service field.
✓ Experience in tourism management field would be preferred.
✓ Experience in speaking to customers.
✓ Able to provide guidance for customers in planning for higher education program. Good communication skill in English and Myanmar languages.
✓ Computer literacy (Zoom, Microsoft Office, Google applications, email.etc.)
✓ Adaptable to English speaking working environment & system.
✓ Flexible & negotiable working timetable.
✓ Correction acceptance.
✓ Willing to learn new knowledge and improved minded personality.
✓ Must be a University Degree holder
Working days per week - 6 Days (8AM - 5PM) / Schedule Off Day
•1 year contract is mandatory.
•Probation 3 months (New staff).
• Follow Myanmar Public Holidays.
