·       Manage and oversee daily operational tasks such as procurement, customer service, and facilities management aligned with our Academic needs

·       Collaborate with teams to maintain high-quality service delivery and address any operational challenges.

·       Assist in identifying areas for operational improvement and implement solutions.

·       Support budget and resource management to ensure cost-efficiency.

·       Ensure that facilities are well-maintained, safe, and meet compliance standards.

·       Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers.

·       Provide regular updates to the management on operational performance.
