Job Description
v Understand the specification and do Review the ED/ID/MUT
v Understand the ED/ID/MUT and do Review the IT/ST/RT (view-point, test-case, test-results, etc.)
v Create the UT/IT/ST/RT Quality Report and do report to leaders and PM effectively
v Manage team members’ development and team progress management based on schedule and take action if delay occurs
v Understand the project scope and manage specification changes
v Do manpower estimation and create schedule
v Project management of progress management, quality management, Issues/QA management, Team management
v Understand all members skill-set and make assign tasks effectively
Job Requirements
v 4 years and above experience in System Development field (Java, Oracle DB, Postgres SQL DB)
v At least 1 year experience in progress management, quality control, QA and issues management
v Strong interested in Project Management and System Development by using Java technology and take challenge of new technology such as Data Integration Platform
v Willing to take challenge, and work with team actively
v Must have problem solving and communication skill
v Able to control all project members (up to 10 members)
v Must have Japanese Level N3 and above
v Able to communicate with team and customer actively
