Job Description

·       Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies

·       Source candidates through various channels, including job Portal, social media, and other events.

·       Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications

·       Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

·       Conduct reference checks and background screenings and medical check up process

·       Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

·       Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress
