· Installation, implementation, managing data center solutions such as servers, storage, backup systems and virtualization with best practices.

· Responsible for the configuration of operating system platforms such as Windows and Linux.

· Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Huawei Cloud) to ensure performance, security, and cost-efficiency.

· Develop and enforce system security policies and procedures, including access controls and disaster recovery plans.

· Monitor system performance and capacity, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.

· Develop low/high-level design, implementation and user acceptance for the project.

· Preparing the completion document, operation and maintenance manual.

· Managing to work with cross-teams and fulfilling assigned duties professionally.

· Deliver excellent customer service and interact in a highly effective manner with other team members and management.

· Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field.

· Minimum 3+ years of relevant working experience.

· Proficiency with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure Huawei Cloud,..

· Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.

· Excellent communication, self-motivation and good learning.

· Passion to work in the technology industry.

· Understanding and good knowledge of technologies such as server and storage, Virtualization.

· Experience in backup software implementation.

· Ability to learn new technology and products.

· Good team player, interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitudes, demonstrates the ability to achieve results.

· Able to communicate with both internal and external such as customers, vendors and distributors.

· Able to travel if required.
