Job Description
- To prepare the Company’s annual manpower budget in consultation with the department heads and submit it to management for approval. In preparing the manpower budget, the incumbent works closely with the department management level in arriving at the appropriate manpower strength for each department paying attention to issues like manpower cost, productivity, etc.
- To prepare and distribute faculty, staff, and administrative contracts as well as other documents relating to employment and entitlement to compensation.
- To maintain and update salary schedules.
- To oversee earned vacation and sick leave for each employee and distribute status report for inclusion in payroll records. To prepare and maintain all HR related budgets such as Recruitment & selection, Training & development and human resources administration and so on.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are established for all Departmental functions and the team members understand their responsibilities, empowerment and accountability.
- Ensure Job Descriptions are established for all associates across the organization and the team members understand their responsibilities, empowerment and accountability.
- To monitor employee leave policies and procedures, investigate apparent abuses, and recommend needed improvements.
- Plays an important role on employee’s disciplinary and counseling matters.
- To maintain, update, and distribute Employee Handbooks.
- To monitor policies and procedures and oversee resolution of employee grievances, sexual harassment involving employees, and worker’s compensation issues.
- To ensure that HR department’s team members are properly trained and performing to the performance standards established for them.
- Prepare and summit monthly Human resource department reports to the Board of Directors.
- To perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Master Degree preferred from the University
- Diploma in Human Resources Certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources Management Level
- Solid computer/technology skills.
- Researching, data collection, manipulation and reporting skills
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style.
- Motivates employees towards continuous improvement and enhanced productivity.
- Maintains exceptional working relationships to ensure open communication and maximum opportunity for innovation and growth.
