Job Description

·       conduct sales presentations and demonstration to showcase elevator products and services to potential clients

·       highlight key features, benefits and advantage of the elevator solutions offered by the company

·       understand the requirements and preferences of the clients by conducting needs assessments and site evaluations

·       recommend appropriate elevators solutions based on the clients specification, budget and building requirements

·       prepare and submit proposal , quotations and bids in response to the clients inquiries and accountable for the material ordering

·       address clients inquiries , concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction

·       planning site visit, provide the technical support , drafting layout drawing, accurate quotation to the customers

·       coordinate with internal teams such as engineering , installation and customer service to ensure smooth project execution

·       proactive classification to sales team and suggest appropriate product if any deviation upon customers requirement

·       communicate customer requirement and feedback to relevant departments to facilitate products improvements and service enhancement

·       build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers to achieve sales targets and revenue goals

·       provide regular sales reports, update and forecast to HOD to track performance and progress towards sales targets and projects schedules.
