Job Description
· Develop and implement effectives sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
· Understand clients’ needs and provide solutions that address their challenges.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sectors for growth.
· Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements.
· Manage contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and problem resolution.
· Acc as a point of contract for clients, addressing inquires and providing ongoing support.
Job Requirements
· Any Bachelor Degree
· Minimum of five years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Rice industrial sector.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills.
· Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
· Ability to communicate in English and demonstrate initiative/positive professional attitude.
· Able to travel for work.
