Job Description

Ø  Develop customer list and monitor potential/future opportunities

Ø  Generate service proposals for targets customers

Ø  Maintain customer loyally by providing best customer service to all customers from private and government hospital

Ø  Monitoring the out of warranty customer to make an agreement of maintenance service contracts

Ø  Spare part sales for dedicated customers varying between single spare parts and complete spare parts

Ø  Proactive and reactive sales of spare parts, service contracts, repair and upgrading option of medical equipment

Ø  Developing the quotation-order-delivery-invoice process

Ø  Prepare documents as ISO requirements

Ø  Coordination and Collaboration with related department

Ø  Work with relevant departments for Tender requirement

Ø  Responsible for collection in time and follow-up of outstanding

Ø  Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company relationship with them

Ø  Report to Manager for the service sales operation activities
