Job Description

·       Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.

·       Monitor and manage company budgets, ensuring cost control and financial discipline.

·       Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.

·       Ensure accurate financial record keeping in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

·       Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

·       Manage cash flow planning, liquidity management, and working capital optimization.

·       Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal control systems.

·       Lead budget planning, forecasting, and financial performance tracking.

·       Supervise and mentor accounting and finance staff, ensuring high professional standards and productivity.

·       Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities when required.

·       Ensure proper tax compliance, statutory reporting, and regulatory submissions.

·       Monitor financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

·       Utilize SAP financial modules to ensure accurate financial data management and reporting.

·       Support senior management in strategic planning, investment evaluation, and financial decision making.

·       Support to prepare financial dashboards and management reports for executive-level review.

·       Improve financial systems, automation, and reporting efficiency within the department.
