Job Responsibilities

System Development (Especially in Design Document Phase to Integration Testing Phase)

Project management of progress management, quality management, Issues/QA management, Team management

Report to customer & PM about project progress and quality

Manage to team members’ development

Job Requirements

Knowledge on Java Foundation and Java Web Application Development

Experience in project scheduling, quality control or progress and issues management

Strong interested in Project Management and System Developing

Willing to take challenge, and work with team actively, problem solving and communication skill

Able to control all project members (up to 10 members)

At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in System Development field

Prefer Japanese Level N4 and above, Japanese skill is optional
