Job Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

·       2–3 years of experience in software development

·       Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Go, Python, JavaScript, C#, Shell)

·       Familiarity with version control tools, databases, and dataset (optional but a plus)

·       Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

·       Good communication and teamwork skills

·       Ability to adapt to different technologies as needed

·       Understand SDLC with Agile or Waterfall, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

·       Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

·       Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

·       Create and maintain technical documentation

·       Japanese language proficiency is a plus, but not required
